V-10 Using Coolant??
When the engine is completely cold and parked level, top it off with the proper coolant. Watch it for the next few days. Document your drving habits, styles and conditions. If the "loss" persists then you have clear documentation for them to track down and fix the problem.
Temp changes can affect fluids but not to that degree, I would think.

V-10 Using Coolant??
chk all the stupid hose clamps for cracks ! I had the lower rad hose crack and puke the coolant out
also chk that the heater core hoses are not leaking onto the area of the coilpack and intake manifold an evaporating, small drips !
as monsta said if it persist take it in !

I can't add more than what's been said above, just to
1) check it each day when completely cold as Monsta said, and mark the level on the
reservoir with a black marker or such, and
2) check all hoses/clamps for leaks as pointed out by Forty (I like to take a stick of my kids'
sidewalk chalk and draw all around the suspected culprit clamps, that
way any small leak is easily seen when the chalk is swept away by
the fluid; this trick doesn't fare well if it's been raining out or you go
a swampin' in some big puddles!)
Let us know if anything turns up.... <3K miles shouldn't have a
drop that fast IMO
