The one that hold on all the weather striping on the bottom of the doors, and the plastic covers over the coolers, etc.. First how do you take them off without destroying them? Second, where do you get replacements?
Two flat head screw drivers on either side and pry up. Then I use an pair of long needle nose pliers to pop the out, Easy-does-it is the rule. I found replacements at Lowes in the fastener section if any break.
Most auto parts places have a section for the "help" brand of products. You might find them there. If not try your ford dealer. If you have the kind I am thinking about they are hard to not destroy. Try prying out on both sides of it at one time and rock it back and forth, (i.e.: 2 putty knives etc. I have been able to re-use some by doing it that way. Best of luck!
They make a tool to remove door panels, makes it real easy but I would still plan on having a few replacements just in case. I bought one for my wife's car when I replaced her door speakers. Just google "door panel removal tool" and you'll find one.
