filled up,got on the highway, set cruise control @ 73 mph went 70 miles, filled back up with 4.76 gals---14.7 mpg.Earlier in the day around town driving with a heavy foot and a trip to home depot fot a load of wood i netted 8.6 mpg.I am not sure if the 70 miles gave me an accurate reading, but i did it like that because i filled up and immediatly got on highway and wanted just highway mileage and not mixed driving.im happy.it just runs so much better,i was disapointed at first without crossover pipe, but with it, like night and day!
Can you give us more details? Size of the pipe, where you placed the "X", details on mufflers and tips. What shop did the work for you? Was it expensive? I wish da "monsta" would show up so he could help you with the sound clip and pictures. I would help but computers are not my strong point. Good feedback..... it is really appreciated.
Cut the pipes below the o2 sensors, ran one pipe down the driver side along trans, the other pipe runs where stock pipe was, driver side crosses over right past transmission, now both pipes are on pass side.
installed crossover pipe right there, continued on back, turned mufflers on the side, came off of mufflers turned out in front of pass side rear wheel.i am not computer smart, but would like to send pics and sound.i'm telling you it is sweet.i know most people cant run this setup but when i get something in my head,it,s all i think about till i do it. by the way i have 2.5 " pipes and it cost me $300.i had a local shop that i do business with do the "work". i saved my y-pipe and cat-converter just in case.i know i am a BAD BOY
