Okay I posted an earlier message and discovered the EBPG was stuck closed due to a linkage problem. I found that the linkage snapped.....is this an easy repair? I am sure that I will have to r&r the turbo to install a new linkage arm - is there any specific procedure or tools needed to do this? Can I pick the linkage arm up at NAPA? Any and all help is appreciated. Also, anyone have a service manual for a 1996 powerstroke for sale?
If you decide you want to keep the EBPV functioning, I have an assembly here that I will give to you if you pay the postage. I just gutted and plugged a spare pedestal that I have, so i dont need the assembly. I would hoever re-fit the plunger with the new seals if you are going to use it.

Rep points sent, that's why this is the best site on the 'net. Nice gesture, Suber.
