Auto 4wheel drive
I have a 99 Expedition with the 5.4 and automatic 4 wheel drive. I've been thinking about putting either a supercharger or blower on it but an really concerned about spinning the tires. I've done it a couple of times when the pavement is wet and the 4wheel drive locks in and makes some really nice noises. However if I add some real power to my expo, the tires will be spinning a little faster and I don't feel like breaking more stuff than I have to. Is there a cheap and easy way to turn off the automatic 4 wheel drive?
