looking for an original autolite 2100 for a 65 352 and manual trans...want one with the tag...also looking for an original sealed carter fuel pump for the same rig for a spare...
Let me know if anyone has one...my carb is peeing more then a kid with a fresh diaper on....Looking for a solid, clean, complete core or better if at all possible.
I have one off of a 68 390 automatic sitting on the 2 barrel intake on the side of my house if that helps. It was part of a donor vehicle that I needed the engine to rebuild for another truck. It is a core as far as I am concerned. The outside looks like it has been installed since 68 but I will check for the tag again. But I am pretty sure it has one.

Which carb would you like? Ford lists two different ones with a 352 3 speed.
Tag # C5TF-B = C5TZ-9510-B
Tag # C5TF-Y = C5TZ-9510-M
Good luck finding an original, these two carbs were replaced by Ford in 1969 with: C9UZ-9510-AA. This carb also replaced the two carbs used with Cruiseomatic, and all the 1966/67 carbs as well.
Ya...Im finding it is a chore...btw Numbers...I got the fuel pump you mentioned to me a lil while ago, found one...got it...wrong pump...its the ho hum basic type for an inline filter setup vs original OE style sealed Carter pump like I have.
I hope the carb hunt isnt too much of a beach
Let me know on the carb you have airharley...where are you located at ???

D2TZ-9350-A = It's not the wrong pump, it's a Ford replacement and works fine. But it's not the same as the original. (you're as picky as I am!)
>>Call Green Sales 800-543-4959. Tell them what you want, they may have it. I'd run the numbers, but there's so many different fuel pumps* and carbs, it's better if you just call them yourself.
*Carter 352/360/390 fuel pumps (all of these were replaced by D2TZ-9350-A):
I totally spaced looking at the carb last night when I walked by it to paint a few bolts for the 390 I'm working on. I am located in CA just like the thing in the corner says I am. LOL
K, here is what I have. I didn't find a tag like I thought it had. But there is a large "5" under the fuel bowl. Let me know if you need more pics. I took them from every angle.
The closest I have seen was one tonight on Ebay. It was a 1966 Autolite 2100 with the tag still on it. If you want to look the seller called it "Ford 2 barell carburetor" . Yes that is how he spelled barrel.

C6T says the seller (1966-352). He coulda listed the entire number.
T = truck, but which one? There's 4 possible carbs: C6TF-C = Cruiseomatic, no smog pump / C6TF-T = manual, no smog pump / C6TF-R manual with smog pump / C6TF-S = Cruiseomatic with smog pump
btw: If you type in "Ford 2 barrell carb, a 94 2 barrel Holley Model 59 carb comes up.
What's next, 2 barrow? Look out, two badgers might appear.

Hi all....Thank God for you guys...you have made the hunt oh so much easier...I checked the ebay unit...the guy listed it with one 'r' Numbers....looks like a clean piece too...sent him request for tag info and so on....I too agree about him listing the whole tag code...
And yes, I am a stickler for originality when it comes to my beast...lol...late model stuff not so much...old stuff...totally with very few exceptions.
Now to see what the fella replies with about the tag info....I love the hunt...but the 'kill' is so much better...finding the elusive part...how many of you guys wives or siblings get it about why you love your old trucks/cars....Im single...YAY...but at least my Dad understands about my love of old things...heck...he bought whats now my truck when I was about 5 yrs old too...and I still rememeber the day....ahhhh...the good old days....
Thanks again...I owe you guys bigtime...

ps...any of you guys in need of shortbed stuff or 6 cyl/3 on treee stuff from a 66 1/2 ton....I know where I can get stuff if theres the need....
Your actually lucky. Neither my father, my mother, my sister, my filipina wife nor friends understand my fascination with old autos. Actually a fascination with older forms of transportation and their restoration. Getting the parts for my '65 is actually a piece of cake compared to finding parts for the TBM torpedo/bomber or a WWII aircraft carrier. Only my brother has the same trait I have and he has a '48 F1, a "51 F1 and a '64 F100 plus 15 different motorcycles. Strange... the motorcycles...

29/11/1943 Hornet-ex Kearsarge (CV-12) - Essex Class Aircraft Carrier
Hmm, the Intrepid (CV-11) is in NYC, the Lexington (CV-16) is in Corpus Christi TX, the Yorktown (CV-10) is in Charleston, and the US Navy just sank the Oriskany (CV-34) off the coast of Florida for use as an artificial reef. Need parts? Time to go skin diving.
btw-I was on the Hancock (CV-19) in 1946 while she was being de-commissioned in Bremerton. Don't remember much, cuz I was 2 years old. Why was I aboard? My father, a USN Commander, was in charge of the de-commissioning. I've also been on the Yorktown, that I do remember. I'm a US Navy historian covering the years 1865-1945.

Was already on the Big O in 2000 to pull parts off her while up in Suisun before being towed to Texas later to be scrapped. That obviously fell through, like always, and so she became a reef instead. Still need more small parts of which she has been cleaned out of over time.
Ah someone who knows the original name of the Hornet. Now where on the Hornet might one actually see the original name of the ship nowadays? One place is in meteorology on O7 level and also down at the bottom of 7th deck.

The first USS Kearsarge sank the CSS Alabama during the CW off the coast of France.
That led to the famous Alabama Claims. US sued England over supplying CSS raiders. England lost.
The USS Kearsarge was later wrecked on a reef in the Pacific (I read the story of her career in Boys Life Magazine many years ago).
The second USS Kearsarge was a pre-Dreadnought BB.
The last Kearsarge was an Essex Class Carrier CV-33.

FYI the 4th USS Kearsarge is a LHD-3. I've been on her for the commisioning. She is a amphibian assult ship carrying Harriers, AH-1W's, UH-1N's, CH-46's and CH-53's. Not to mention LCACs, ground assult vehicles, and 2000 combat ready Marines. She is part of the Navy's lastest class of Wasp assult ships. Pretty impressive to see her next to the former LHA and LPH type ships, second largest ship when compared to CVN's.
