sct xcal2 same as livewire?

After spending hours on here reading everyone's posts on programmers it seems the sct xcal2 is THE programmer of choice. When checking ebay though all I found were sct livewire or strategy? are these new names for the xcal2 or do I need to look elsewhere? Also, my truck (05 sd) has 193,000 km (120,000 miles or so) Is adding this extra hp and torque going to hurt a "broken in" engine more so than a low mileage engine? What do I need to be careful of besides EGT?. This programmer will be paired with a 4" turbo back MBRP exhaust. Lastly, does the turbo share the same oil supply as the engine or is it self contained and need checking/changing? (I have not acquired a manual yet).

Thanks everyone.

No they are not the same. Xcal II - plug in, install your tune, change optional parameters, and unplug; Livewire - more like the Edge, it has a nice display and you leave it plugged in all the time. The same custom tunes can be installed on both.
