My name's Anthony, I'm 32 and have a great wife of 10 years next month, two daughters 2 1/2 and 6 months, two male Weimeraners, 6 and 2 years old. I'm a mechanical engineer in the semiconductor business, lived in the NW my whole life. I tinker to relax. I spend my days in a cubicle, getting greasy and fixing stuff is my out. I like to camp, hunt, fish, and play with any type of motorized equipment. Old Rokon 2WD trail bikes kept me busy when I was driving an ultra-reliable Toyota Tacoma. This diesel has filled my wrenching needs for the last few months. I'm just cocky enough to think I can fix just about anything myself. Most of the time it works out.

Nice to "meet" everyone. Steve, 26, married 5 years, 4 yr old daughter. Little boy on the way. I live in Cincinnati, OH (who dey!!!). 4 years in the Marine Corps as a truck mechanic. Now in the reserves. Honed my diesel skills at CAT for two years until a recent career change. I now write tech manuals, mostly for the military, for trucks, equipment, etc. I have spent time in the other forums and I can honestly say, this group of folks is the best.

Great thread! Justin, Charleston SC. single with two grown kids. I have been in the insurance business for over 25 years and own an insurance consulting firm. My background in mechanics, street smarts and common sense comes from Dad who twisted a wrench for 25 years before getting into sales.
Before going into the insurance business I did teach auto mechanics. I still have a set of feeler gauges in my toolbox. Diesels have always been foreign to me and I appreciate the knowledgeable folks on this forum who have helped me with my very first diesel truck used to pull my 32FT. fifth wheel.

Hey guys, I'm Jeff. I'm 29 and I'll be married 4 years in another week to a wonderful lady! Live in Grand Haven Michigan and have 2 dogs and a cat. . I work as a welding engineer at an OEM machine build shop making custom welding machines for primarily the automotive industry. My love is the outdoors, hunting, traveling...just about anything that will allow me to see Gods awsome beauty. Nothing beats a sunrise on a cool November morning watching deer sneak in through the clearings. Thanks to all of you who have helped me with questions on my truck. I've learned a ton here!
