Hi Guys, As you can tell my name is Jim, Not Cuda I live in SE Michigan. I have 3 kids, Rich 37, Matt 28 and Jamie 17. I also have a Niece Michele 21 that I raised. I have many other kids but they are foster kids, none have stayed with us longer that a couple of weeks. I build prototype cars, aircraft, experimental parts for various industries. I am a retired Experimental Metal Model Maker from GM. I'm 59 Years young, or so the wife tells me.
My name's Anthony, I'm 32 and have a great wife of 10 years next month, two daughters 2 1/2 and 6 months, two male Weimeraners, 6 and 2 years old. I'm a mechanical engineer in the semiconductor business, lived in the NW my whole life. I tinker to relax. I spend my days in a cubicle, getting greasy and fixing stuff is my out. I like to camp, hunt, fish, and play with any type of motorized equipment. Old Rokon 2WD trail bikes kept me busy when I was driving an ultra-reliable Toyota Tacoma. This diesel has filled my wrenching needs for the last few months. I'm just cocky enough to think I can fix just about anything myself. Most of the time it works out.

Great thread! Justin, Charleston SC. single with two grown kids. I have been in the insurance business for over 25 years and own an insurance consulting firm. My background in mechanics, street smarts and common sense comes from Dad who twisted a wrench for 25 years before getting into sales.
Before going into the insurance business I did teach auto mechanics. I still have a set of feeler gauges in my toolbox. Diesels have always been foreign to me and I appreciate the knowledgeable folks on this forum who have helped me with my very first diesel truck used to pull my 32FT. fifth wheel.
