302 problems!?!?

alright so i put a carburated 302 into my 1989 f150, with all my fuel injection stuff on top of it. I can get it to run, but it's not right. It has a pretty bad miss and i can't figure it out(its seems to be on the left side). all my plugs and wires are brand new. I've gone over the timing a million times, and I'm not sure what year the motor is either. I think i might have got myself in a mess. people told me this would work, but i'm starting to have my doubts. any help i would love to hear!

Thanks

What did the donor motor come out of? What firing order do you have the plugs wired for? If you have it wired 15426378 change it to 13726548, or visa versa.

Ditto, change the firing order. Only other thing that might make it run funny is the cam's LSA. It may be too narrow for a Speed Density EFI system. You can run a carb with an EFI cam, but not always the otherway around.
