Trivia!!!
The gauge is a combination tachometer/speedometer/hour meter off of a international tractor.
The shift pattern is from an Oliver tractor, I'm sure the 60's and probably the 70's used them as well.

the tack looks a lot like Massey Ferguson the 4 arcs are for the 4 speeds upper being in low range and the bottom 4 being in high range the yellow mark (pto) is where your rear pto is running the designed 450 RPM and the green mark with a black mark through it marked 2400 rpm is the engine redline the other 3 black marks are engine rpm in 500 rpm increments

Finaly I meet some people with higher then room temp IQ.
Clux you nailed it.
On the PTO some of the IH had two shafts. One for 1000 and one for 540. so it could be for either or.
And hey weren't them old Olivers fun? Had a earth shattering top speed of 12MPH. If you were lucky to find one with the high speed aux. it might break 20MPH.

Here's a coupla Ford questions that are not on tractors, cars or trucks.
Name the company Ford purchased to build airplanes.
Why did Ford stop making airplanes?

The original Douglas Aircraft Company was located exactly where? City and cross streets, please. No, it was not adjacent to Clover Field (Santa Monica Airport). That was the second location.
