its a mel block. completely different than anything else. its probably most closely related to a ft block (534,477, etc) because the fuel pump is on the top of the engine, but thats about where the similarities end. there is no aftermarket support, parts are very expensive, and unless youre restoring it to original youre better off building a 460 and putting a c-6 against it and throw that in there.
