Weak batteries can be a no-start culprit. They'll be strong enough to crank the engine, but not enough to fire the injectors and run the glow plugs and all that jazz.
Also, if the ICP sensor is bad, that can also be a no-start cause, sometimes. I'd make sure the batts are good and strong first, though.
what does ICP stand for and were is it located? Can't find it in my haynes manual.It won't crank with the batterys fully charge. Thats how much charge they had when he pulled the codes.Thanks
