Cruise Control
I have 2002 Exp where the cruise stopped working. I checked the switch on the master cyl and there was fluid in it. Will replacing the switch fix the problem or is something else wrong? It does have the recall harness.
When you turn the the cruise on, is there a indicator in the dash that turns on? I have never seen one, the only time I see and indicator is when the cruise is set.

Either the switch failed open (we already know it's defective due to the leak) or it blew the fuse link in the harness.
Another half-*** attempt on Ford's part since you'll probably get stuck with the repair bill.
