I discovered my fuel pump is not working at all. I went to do a self-check on it and the fuel pump would never turn on. Cleaned out the intake again cuz I noticed some more grime around the IAC. Hopefully when I get it running again, it will not die again for a while.

You said you were getting only 9mpg from a 302? I just built my 460 and I was getting 12 mpg on the highway with my 2600 lb camper on the back!
