Since noone knows in the bronco forum, I'll ask here.

What is the axle tube diameter of the 9 inch in my 74 bronco?

3.25? I was thinking 3.0, but that is why I asked.

I hate to throw a monkey wrench in the works quadzjr, and I do not want to contradict, but I believe the early 9 inchers were 3" with a .188" wall.
Not 100% though.

I am hangin out, cuz I am not sure either. I dont have any of those laying around.
Learning experience is such a fun thing.
There were some 3.25" units but those were like .250" wall, I just don't remeber what was on what.
If I saw them with my own eyes I could tell though, LOL.
