Which 5.4L??
Was wondering which 5.4l engine you would choose if you were doing an engine swap. Just curious what year, and what vehicle the engine would be coming out of. Just trying to get an idea as to what the variations are in the 5.4 and which ones would make good canidates for performance work in a truck. Thanks, Anthony

What are you going to be swapping the 5.4 into? If it was me I would swap a 2001 Lightning S/C engine or a 32 valve Navigator. If you are looking for just a regular 5.4 then find one with squarish intake ports vs round ports. The squarish ports are the PI heads
