What Rear end do I have?

Early 99 F350 4wd CC LB Auto 7.3? Looking to put a Mag Hytech cover on. its got 12 bolts but looking at pics I am guessing 10.25 10.5? Where do you get this measurement from?

Thats what it is, a sterling/ford 10.5/10.25. They are the same case so a the cover will be the same for both.
