Plug has been changed. Wires are original. The problem cropped up after I ran out of gas (first time in nearly 30 years) I may do the fuel filter as well...it's about due.
Don't see the dreaded hose leak over cylinder 4.
The truck seems to start fine and run good for the first 10 minutes... then the engine bogs down...so I got the code read at auto whatever
I am currently running bg44k through the half tank of gas in the truck.
I am more likely to replace the coil pack next. I think it's 40 dollars or so..
just a few screws and its off...also easy access

Before you replace that injector, try putting finger on it while running to verify that it is "clicking" the same as the others and you might try swapping the plug with another one and see if the error moves with the plug!
Spark plugs have been known to go bad out-of-the-box!
