We need some measurement!

OK, here's your opportunity to show your stuff people. This will be fun too. Measure the distance from the ground to the bottom edge of the front bumper (guys without a bumper will have a hard time) and write down your measurements. Lets see whose in the weeds and whose not. Be honest on your measurement too. LOL...
I'm at 8 3/4 inches.

I,m at 7 1/4" and wouldn,t want to go any lower. I was about 5' at one time and couldn,t keep from scraping something everytime I drove it. Now I have to be careful but I can go just about anywhere without scraping.

10" and looking good. I don't have the front sheet metal back on but don't think that will make more than another 1"

Pepsi can high, Big hardened bolts under a stainless bumper for making friends with the pavement. Replace when worn. Does not bottom out, only hits on steep driveways or deep gutters at approach at wrong angle. Ride is great, will not be raising.

I won't be running a bumper and this is without radiator, front fiberglass doghouse, fluids, engine accessories and such... I think I need some taller springs... these are not MII springs and are about 1.5" shorter... but they are shiney !!! Thought I could use them but they are too short. when I stand on the front crossmember I get an additional 200+ #s and she drops another 1/2 inch...

as she sits

and the measurement from lower edge of front crossmember

I am just curious. Is your sitting on the stock suspension currently?

The reason I am asking is to see if the 14" is about stock height.

When the PO got mine it was on monos. He put it back "stock" with springs from another truck.
