automatic hubs
hello all, i,m looking for a little info on changing out the automatic locking hubs on my 96 f150. i now have the 3 bolt caps(i think it is the dana44 axle) any sug
gestions on replacing with manual hubs(brand,difficulty,ect).also any info on front wheel bearing replacement. thanks in advance

There was just a thread on this 1 or 2 days ago where I supplied an entire writeup for dissembling the auto hubs and rotors (for replacing wheel bearings if you want). The instructions for installation of the manual hubs comes with the hubs when you buy them. You will also need to buy a spindle nut kit (conversion kit) to convert your auto hubs to manual hubs.
