no, 35's are your max and MAYBE 37's with the right wheels, some scrubbing, and trimming of the front fenders

35's with possible bumper trimming, hack the fenders and run whatever you want

Like they both said, 35s are max, and anything more you'd need fender and bumper trimming.

Not to mention your TTB D44 will blow up if you hit a pot hole.

How's that stupid?

Your ignorance sounds stupid.

Why put a big lift and tires that will need to be ugraded after the TTB breaks and then it just turns into a waste of time and money that could of been used on the right set up in the first place.

i was a firm believer in the d44 until i shattered a chromo d44 axle barely getting on the gas in my bronco....

the ttb did good in my f150 with the 35 boggers...only broke a couple of ujoints throughout the years....but ***** trying to keep wheel bearings and ball joints in them...

lifted ttb is weaker than stock when drop brackets are used....they crack the frame, break stretch and loosen bolts and will not stay in alignment, not to mention you still haev teh weak 44

I ditched the TTB for that reason alone! I could never keep the darn thing aligned with just a 2" lift and 33's! I have the solid D44 from a 79 Bronco, and other then breaking shafts from the welded front (done it with 33's up to 40's), I've had no other problems running up to 40" tires. Take a look at Monsterbaby's racer, how much hp is he runnig to that D44 with those 35 boggers? And his is spooled! I switched back to an open front and have no probs with the chromo shafts. It all depends on what you are doing as to what works best, and everyone's opionions are just that, opinions. So let's be easy on the personal bashing, this isn't Pirate ya know......

c'mon Quad, i do know what im talking about, and i do know that the ttb44 is wikid weak when a lift is added cuz of the drop brackets, but sandman mentioned nothing about "wheeling" it (in my defense)... and if it was just infact his daily driver, it would be sufficient, besides his allignment problems.

calm down yall, not everyone "beats" on their rigs here...

i meerly said that "losing the lift until he ditches the ttb" was being hasty due to the fact we do not know how sandman intends to use his rig.

i want my freagin credit back he he
but i do apologize mbbford, looking back, i should not have said that sounded "stupid".

I agree….if he don’t “beat” his rig hard the ttb would be fine….chit if he didn’t “beat” his rig you prob wouldn’t have to worry about all the other problems with the ttb…maybe

Your credits back…haha

No why can people that are wrong be more like you instead of being a assjack and defending there comment…..haha, “what steering do I use to lift my truck?” hahaha
