One more hose??

I have been gathering all the hoses and the belt to do a complete replacement on my cooling system and I'll be dammed if THIS small hose is going to be my weak link.....anyone know anything about it??

I don't think the one pictured at napa on line is it, THAT ONE looks like the 1" diameter hose that goes between the radiator (I think) and a line on the right side of the engine towards the bottom, and I already have THAT one, I am going to go and get the Ford part# off the one thats on the truck and do a google search for it.

No, That is just plain 5/8" heater hose in an 8' length in a bag.
The number on my hose is: F81A 8W005AB looks like a weird Ford part number, I've tried to google it and other searches as well but found nothing, guess I might be off to my local Ford dealer for that one huh???
