August GTG head count

I need a head count from those that will be making the trip out to my house the 25th....including family members. The house is 10 miles west of Cabot for those that don't already know. I'll post directions if need be.

Sounds good so far. We're thinking kicking off between 4 and 5 in the evening...that way we can beat most of the daytime heat. Grill up the burgers for supper instead of lunch.

Anybody got one of those portable tent deals I could borrow? I have one, but it wouldn't hurt to have another.

I'm going to get the burgers and dogs, and we're also making a big pot of mac&cheese. We need volunteers to bring the buns, cheese, condiments, drinks etc.

If I get to make it, I will be solo this time. Donna has to work because of "back to school". I'll let you know when we get just a little closer.

Nah...that'll be my job this time.

We've got a little kiddee pool set up in the back yard, so if y'all want to let the youngins splash around don't forget their clothes, towels, sunscreen etc. Plenty of room for their bikes, games, toys, whatever you feel they'll need. Also I only have a couple of outdoor chairs, so if you have em, bring em.

Adult beverages are welcome, as long as you bring a couple for me

Anybody that doesn't know how to get here please PM me and I'll send you directions along with my phone number.....I'd rather not have these things being public knowledge.

The way things are looking, I won't be able to make it either. Things are a little crazy right now, so you folks have a good time and I'll try to make the next one.
