I have a '99 F-350 PSD. I think my condensation drain to my air conditioner is stopping up. There is some condensation coming out under the truck but I am getting some on my floor mat (it is not anti-freeze.) I have crawled underneath and looked under the hood and I can't find where it drains from the air conditioner. Any suggestions? Please keep it simple...I am not an air-conditioning man. It is getting HOT in Texas...lot of condensation. Thanks!
Don't know for sure where it comes from, but do know that mine drips on top of the front right spring, just rear of the axle. You may could trace from there or maybe even blow some air through the hose to clear it.
Yep, me either. I just checked mine and I think I found the drain hole. If you reach in under and behind the wheel well liner, behind the shock, you should feel a plastic housing. At the lowest point is a hole formed into the seam. I'm thinking that is the drain. Feels like a good place for flying insects to make a home. Other than that. I don't know what else to suggest. I know I had a chevy a long time ago that would pour condensate water on floor if I got in too much of an angle.
bdrummonds -- can you get to the hole from the top or do you have to go under the truck ??? will try to check things out tomorrow --- thanks to all !!!

you can get to it from the top IF you pull the blower motor out. The condensation on mine was actually forming on the inside of the blower motor ducting and pooling in the low point, which oddly enough is where the small drain hole is. I did not figure this out until I had to replace the blower motor last month. I originally did as zx250 and snaked my arm though all the liners until I felt a wet place, and used a small hook pick to clean it out. I went in from under the truck where the inner fender liner meets the pax rocker panel.
Be warned, it is all done by feel. You cannot see what you are doing.
Back for help. I crawled under the truck this morning (before it got any hotter). I could not find any type of hole. The only thing I found that might be a hole is where a plastic boxes join together. I do not know if that is just not a tight fit but when you push a piece of wire in there it just barely goes in. I did not want to get forceful and mess something up. I was looking for the lowest point on this plastic box for the hole. You are right, you cannot see anything...and at age 71+ your body doesn't work like it did when I was 20. Maybe a dirt dobber may have gotten in and stopped up the hole. Where should I feel now? I hate to tear out the fan blower motor. Thanks.
