Has any one tried the Tornado. It is I believe supposed to install in you air intake and help push air into the carb. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am going to check their web-site www.TornadoAir.com and see what they claim.
Apparently nobody's tried the "tornado," or is too embarassed to admit it! Actually, a co-worker said he once installed on on his car/truck/whatever and didn't notice any difference. Sort of like the result I had with the K&N filter I installed on my 300 I-six.
Well I thought it was worth a try to see if any one had tried it. If the thing worked I figured it would be worth it but I don't like to be the guenny pig and do the testing. I don't have money to waste on gimmicks.
DADDY INSTALLED ONE ON OUR 9N FORD TRACTOR, PUT SO MUCH AIR IN THE THING IT PLOWED 40 ACRES IN 1/2 AN HOUR ,ALL THE WHILE POPPING WHEELIES. DADDY SAID IT WAS THE MOST FUN HE'D EVER HAD IN THE FEILD. LAST HE SEEN O THAT TRACTOR IT WAS A SPINNING IN A TORNADO SHAPPED FUNNEL CLOUD HEADED DUE EAST FER NEW YORK CITY. WELL IF YOU CAN BELIEVE THIS , I HAVE A COUPLE OF CASES OF THEM TORONADOS FER SALE MIGHTY CHEAP. THEIR PROBALLY BOUT AS USEFUL AS OVAL TRACK MUFFLER BEARINGS OSTA-LA-WINEBAGO JMY LEW
Sad think with it is, if you have the 2 intake hoses from the box to the tB, youll have to buy 2. Twice the cost. $120 didn't seem like a good deal for only 7hp at best.
