Angry bad luck

man i have the best luck i have an 04 f250 with 108,000 miles on it well i started to puke 2 weeks ago. i hade oil coming out of the degas bottle along with water so i figure i would change the oil cooler and bypass the egr cooler....well i got it all put back together and i went to fill it up with water, well i looked under the truck and just as fast i could put water in it it was coming out what looks like to be the corner of the head not real sure where it coming out of cause the lack of light...so today im going to check to make sure...but if it is the head gasket i was wondering wheres the best place to buy head studs and head gaskets?

is it the corner of the right head? you might have pinched the doughnut on top of the front cover where it meets the intake.

check the blue slip coupling on the egr cooler.when i changed mine the coupling was not on the cooler far enough and coolant poured from exactly the same spot you are describing.hope this helps.(donut bth is talking about is the gasket that seals the bottom of the cooler to the intake manifold)

well i check it out and yall are right it was leaking from the little blue hose that connects to the egr cooler....but i think the only way to fix it is take of the turbo again and reposition the hose....or is there an easier way.....

well i pulled of the turbo lastnight and fix the little blue hose so it would stop leaking...it worked....well i put it back together and started it and water started to leak from the front of the motor.....damn just give me a break....like the other night lack of light kept me from finding out which part was really leaking...any guesses??

Thanks Rick
