Well some of you may remember I had a crank no start problem going on. I replaced the CPS twice not it, replaced lube oil pump- not it. rebuilt IPR- no luck, new HPOP still no start, finnally replaced all 8 injectors bingo it cranks but ran like hell.
So I have spent three days checking everything , cusing and double cusing! Finally I am looking at the pictures of the IPR rebuild on 7point3. Ah crap! I put that little needle in backwards. Took IPR out and sure enough. Turned it around slapped it in BAM! Purrs like kitty again. What a difference!

FYI to anyone that rebuilds their IPR. Make sure you put that little needdle in the right way.
It sure feels good to be back in my diesel. At 300K miles it is like your favorite pair of jeans the new one look good but they just don't feel the same.
