Okay people, this is your time to let it all hang out ! I have a 2008 f350 sd 6.4 turbo king ranch. I've done a few things ( new MBRP dual exhaust, Billet grill, )..
I want to hear what you would do to your trucks, if money was not a factor. let it loose fellas. God Bless
A Line-X bedliner would be good. A solid steel 15k# hitch and a 25k# 2 5/16 ball in it will almost match the 16k# receiver capacity of the truck. How about an auxiliary tank from http://www.transferflow.com/
Adjustable air ride suspension, for traveling empty or heavy. Pretty happy with my 450 loaded. How about paint that changes color to your mood so you do not have to keep changing your order for a different color(Rib Rib) LOL
Blacked out headlights, windows, taillights, rims, and black paint. The I'd go with elite diesel injects, dual fuel kit, SCT tunes from Spartan Diesel, Intake, Egr system delete, 6" exhaust, modded VGT turbinator hosuing, wastegate delete. just a few of my engine mods to come, lol
In addition to many of the suggestions previously listed, I would add a 3 speed overdrive unit in-between the transmission and the transfer case. The ratio's would be 1:1, 1:1.15, and 1:1.3. This would effectivly provide the rear end ratio's of 3.5, 4.11, and 4.88.
This single feature should take an 11mpg 4.88 rear end ratio truck up to 17 - 18 MPG, but still let you tow a 25K payload.
