400M crate engine sources?
I have a '79 F150 4x4 with a 351M. The engine is going to be replaced and I'll probably not do the install myself. Who has purchased a 351/400M engine from one of major rebuilders and were you pleased with what you got for your dollar?
My truck is special to me and I will probably never sell it. So, I'm willing to pay the $$ for a high quality engine. Pep Boys, Schucks etc. grade is not acceptable quality.
Your experiences will be appreciated. I'm in the Philadelphia area if that matters.
