*tan* = ?

Rather than continue to rock the boat over in the 73-79 forum, I'll ask this here. My 79 F100 has a body code of CT4. T = Tan for the interior.

What is *tan* in regards to the door panels? Looking into the paint I need. I'm going to go out on a limb and say "light tan".. but I could be wrong, as some colors were for the dash, others were for the door panels.

The "Sand" as per my other post.

any body shop will have the colour code mixture for the vinyl dye which should be used.

Make sure the dyed part has weeks to cure before handling it.
The harder it gets,..the less affect one's hands have on it.

Spray it what ever color you like. Sand is very nice tan.

I have power door locks that arrived, new speakers sitting here already.. Once I get a weatherstripping kit, and I think I need vent window frames (sorry, no quarter-shims here), I'll put them all together.
