interchangeable steering?

interchangeable steering?
seems to me that some one must have changed the steering column, i see different mounting points on the cloumn not being used. what years and vehicles can i swap out the correct lenght column? any possibility of something with tilt ?

mine is a 75 f100 2wd. 3speed on the floor. tilt was just a thought, mainly want it to look right and when i sell it, maybe a person a little larger can get behind the wheel. so there is nothing alittle more modern i can switch too? so back to the junk yards i guess.
