well excess blow by is not good. it a sign worn rings and or cylider walls, or a cracked piston. is the flow chugging like a train or is it steady. chugging will point to one damaged cylinder. even is just worn motor. either way crankcase pressure and compression tests should be done for accurate diagnostic before you get too excited or even say you have too much blow by.
