Ron thanks for that explaination. Does it make any sense to check junk yards for 99.5-03 an HPOP and injectors?

It looks to me like you've also got one of the incorrect stickers, did you check my link in post #6 about how to get it fixed? If your truck came with LRE tires, your sticker should give a rear GAWR=6830 lbs at 80 psi cold. Yes of course it's the max weight, but I was trying to explain how it's measured on a scale, which requires putting a single axel on an individual scale, not both axels on a platform scale.

This is why i hate weight ratings on vehicles, there is just too much bs. My truck has a rating of 4800 front, and a rear of 6084. Now Earnest truck is a 2wd, but he has the same axle as me, his is rated for 6830. Medhvac has a front of 5200, and a rear of 5580. Once again, he has the same axles as me, as he is 4wd. Whats the major contributing factor in fords head? Wheelbase? It looks like Earnest has a eclb, so he has more wheelbase, so maybe in a 4wd configuration his front would be higher also? It looks like Medhvac has a ccsb. NVM Earnest said his is incorrect. So the only difference in drivetrain is the fact that you guys should have an additional block in the rear, making the truck sit higher. As yours are F350s, and mine is a F250.

i thought about that.. but i think if you get one that sat too long..the seals might be dried out..e-bay is another place..you can find them new for around $300..just ask for one for a 01 PSD..when i get ready for inj..i think i am going split shots with some tuning..but that depends on the turbo i put on to..too far away too think about that right now..i just want to do the HPOP for now...

I just started a new thread on this topic... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/637530-please-post-your-truck-info-and-door-jam-sticker-gvwr-and-gawr-info.html to see if we can figure out what's going on with all the different stickers. Your rear GAWR doesn't seem right to me.
