A Miss
'03 6.0L. When truck first starts, it runs fine. After about 15-20 min. it developes a miss. The miss stays there all day long but does not seem to effect perfomance, ie. 20 mpg @ 70 mph. Have had some injectors replaced recently. Any ideas here to go from here.

I had a miss similar to yours.Unpluging the eot sensor stopped it in its tracks.There is a tsb on 03 early 04s that says to unplug it, at the time there was no known cure.I now have a cel but no miss .Someday I will get a new sensor but its low on my list right now.

Engine oil temp.There are two plug connectors below and too the left of the fuel filter housing.The one with the two wires is the one you want.Unplug it and start the truck.Look through my past posts and you will find the links to the info on the tsd.I am half in the bag and dont think I can go to the trouble to find it now.Best of luck.
