Did you ever see the episode of monster house where they coverd the kitchen cabinets in diamond plate as well as the counters and they made a mixer that was hooked to Harley Handelbars and had the back half of the bike as a bar stool. It was a very cool kitchen, but I couldnt talk my wife into letting me get any ideas for a kitchen makeover of my own.

bhardy i saw that episode and boy didn't i get the "look" when i asked Nan if i could do that when i was building our cabinets. i thought i was sleeping in the shed that night

Thats why I build my shop I had to have a place to sleep and the dog house wasnt big enough, besides the gog bites in his sleep.
Glad this thread came up. With the high $ power bill I got this month, it reminded me to clean the coils on the fridg. It needed it. Now maybe it will run less and keep the beer colder.

Carl, can you install an overhead door in your kitchen?
yeah but i'd lose the remote as i have for every tv, dvd, vcr in the house, the opener for my moms house, my wallet and check book, vehicle keys, etc. that 12 pk in the office fridge wont cut it. i need unobstructed access to the big fridge. i'm to crippled to climb through windows anymore.
I got the Freezerator already - going at the "Man's Kitchen" slowly. Got the diamond plate freezer/fridge in the cellar for now but it won't be long before it goes in the kitchen....
