Anyone heard from Matt

Just trying to get in touch with Matt. I know he is busier than a one legged man in an but kicking contest, but I am anxious as heck to get some tunes installed. Anyone know his status. Whats the usual wait time for response? Got the tuner from him wed. Now just waiting to give him stragety code and then get the files. Any input on past experiences would be huge help to my overall mental state.

Have not heard from him in a couple of weeks. I am giving him all the time he needs though. I am sure he is prioritizing the tasks he needs to in order to achieve his always great customer service. Be patient. I waited a week for tunes and was chomping at the bit each day that went by.

I talked to him on Monday and ordered the XCal II with his new econcmy tunes then. He told me that he had been flooded with business from that post, much more than he had expected. I was the seventh person to order a tuner from him that day, out of the eight he had on the shelf.... I am expecting the tuner to arrive today and then read the strategy code so he can get my tunes to me. I'm in no great rush, but it may take a while and from what I've read it will be worth the wait. From the sound of it, he may be too busy to even get to the forums.... lol

I'm happy for him, it seems that his new business venture is off and running beyond his anything he could have hoped for.

Not to worry; I talked with Matt yesterday and he is completely buried. He is still totally overwhelmed with the business that has been generated by his new tunes. He will get everything done; it just takes time. He does not take writing tunes lightly and devotes his full attention to every tune that he writes. His reputation for customer service is well founded; in this instance it's just not as fast as he would like it. Bear with him and you will be totally satified.

Guys, if I am slow responding to PM's, Emails, Voice messages...please excuse me. I will get back to all of you as soon as I can...I am SWAMPED

I'm writing tunes as fast as I can, but once again to anyone who is waiting, please be patient This thread has caused far more of a surge in orders than I originally anticipated, and I'm just hanging on trying to keep up

Once again, If you are having problems getting ahold of me, just keep trying I am still here and still alive, but just buried up to my eyeballs

I also spoke with Matt yesterday, and he is very busy. As mentioned before, he puts a great deal of effort into each tune, so be patient - it will be worth the wait.

Thanks for the replies guys it makes me feel much better. I actually got to talk to matt just a few minutes ago. Not only did he remember me, he remembered what my goals were for the tunes. WOW! Anyway he told me he has 41 or more tunes to modifiy and send out so if your waiting like me its going to take a little time. By the way he is driving to SC to help a customer that is having problems just to help fix it. I say that is some serious customer service. I wonder if he will drive to Jersey to see me??? Anyway thaks again for the support, thats why I love this site!!!!

Well, another way to look at the problem, a fast food cheesburger with a flat coke or slow cooked savory roast and a glass of red. I'll wait.

I don't think you are giving Matt enough credit but I can see the way you are going. How about this?

Portorhouse aged 21 days and cooked to your liking with a glass of Johnny Walker Black.

LOL--I'm gonna bust him now. FYI--Matt lives MAYBE an hour from the SC state line (more like 30 minutes the way HE drives)

But for real--He is extremely swamped just writing tunes and he needs the break for sure. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, as the saying goes. And besides all that, he has my daughter to deal with on a daily basis, and TRUST ME, that's a full time job in itself.

ON EDIT: Matt actually had to go to Columbia, SC which is about a 3 hour drive so he had some chill time and maybe a chance to catch up on phone calls (yeah right).

Yall talking about good food has me wanting a mess of Crappie fillets and a good cold beer and all I got in the fridge is tunafish and milk. Just ain't fair.

Im alive

I'm going to be working on files for a good while tonight. Don't know whose files I will and won't get done, but I'm working down the list until I decide to pass out.

There have also been a few tweaks I have made to the Ultra Economy Highway file in the past 24 hours. I have postponed delivery of those from last night until tonight to make the changes.

I'm compiling a list of email addresses and processor codes of the recipients of these files. As with anything new, the chances of it being totally glitch-free from the get-go are slim to none, even despite thorough testing, so as errors are reported and found I will be working them out and releasing updates. If I can find time to make an automated way of delivering these updates I will, but most likely they will be hand-sent; so just keep an eye out in your inboxes for them.
