After towing the horse trailer with the manual brakes, I decided the 1st thing to be done was the power brake mod. For anyone who hasn't done it, jump right in, it is a piece of cake.
I have a disk brake front end to put in one day but the drums work fine for now.

Next the cab swap and pwr steering transplant from the 2wd to the 4wd (thanks Clay for the link on this one).
