bought an '05 King Ranch
my dad and i went in together and bought a new truck today. 2005 F350 King Ranch CC SB FX4 with 83K miles. it'll be primarily his truck, but since i helped him get i expect to drive it some. it has the 11,400# GVWR, which i was amazed for a SRW truck.
it'll primarily be his truck since i was helping him get a newer reliable ride. i'll still be daily driving my '02 but will still drive this some. i didn't realize how much nicer these were than my 02 xlt. kinda sad, but my payment is 170 buck less, so i guess i'll have more money for mods.
i'm new to this forum, so i'll probably be lurking/reading up, before i post so i don't ask the same questions that have already been asked. still figuring out my 7.3 and now have another toy to figure out as well
anyway just wanted to share. here's a link, since i'm retarded for not figuring out how to post pictures.

Congratulations on the new addition. Check out the 6.0 Tech folder, lots of good info in there.
Couple of things, unlike th 7.3 the 6.0 is much harder on oil. Change the Oil and Filter every 5K miles, using only OEM Racor filters (Walmart has repackaged in Fram & Motorcraft boxes for $15-19 each). Change the fuel filters every 15K and only use the OEM Racor filters, purchase at your local IH dealer for $35.
