96' E-350 having issues
guys, i have a 96' e-350 "box van" with 7.3 powerstroke that has some starting issues of : hard starting,no power,low idle and won't idle until warmed up. fuel pump has been replaced, cleaned out fuel regulator and checked tank for obstructions. check engine light is off. where is best place to obtain manual for my truck. feedback please. thanks!

I haven't had much luck with locating a good manual for my 95 either. I ordered one from Helms, but the order was cancelled when they called to tell me they didn't actually have the manuals they were selling on their web site. I've done a ton of diagnostic and repair work on my rig over the last few months and was able to do it all with just the help of folks right here on this forum. This is the place to be to get the help you need to solve the problem, I'd bet the money I didn't spend on a manual on it.

any ideas? any thought using the online manual service, i can't recall the name but i think it's offered for less than $50 bucks. at this point that seems like a screaming deal, less than 1 hour labor's cost. help!

How many miles are on it? how does the air filter and fuel filter look? Did you test fuel pressure? how long since the last oil change? any smoke?
also try plugging in the block heater before your next cold start for 2 hours or so and see how it starts and runs then.
