Another New Guy
Hey All,
Three years ago, I bought my first truck, a 1995 s/c s/b F-150 XLT with a 302 and a 5 spf. Pretty good truck, cept that the previous owner out in a new clutch w/o bothering to replace the clutch cylinder two months later. Cheap skate.
Now I'm looking to replace that tired and tiny 302 with a 4bt. Heck, I gotta do something to get some better mpg!! My cousin and a buddy of mine bought a Nissan Titan and a Hemi Ram 1500 and they both love to rub it in that they can out pull and out tow me. Gotta put them in their place. So anyone with 4bt experience, I'd love to have any advice, tips or suggestions that you've got.
