Whenever it gets to be around 85 degrees or higher outside. My truck will bog down on acceleration after it has set for a idle for just a matter of seconds. I have been told the gas is boiling in the carb so I added a 1 inch spacer under the carb but i still have the same problem. The engine is not overheating at all the temperature gauges read perfect. Lately it has been 90's to over 100 and its almost not worth takin out my truck.
Any suggestions on what it is, or anything I can do to fix this?

Sounds like vapor lock. It's often more in the fuel pump than the carb. A weak pump, clogged filter or low float level can aggratvate things. Also things like a clogged sock pickup in the tank or a collapsing suction hose.
The carb has the same jets it came with in the box i never checked what jets it has.
The spacer has a aluminum outside and a plastic insert that goes inside it with the 4 hole setup.
The steel fuel line comes up the front of the engine and probly 6inches to the fuel filter then another little piece to the carb i dont know exactly how much but its not real long. I can probly cut off a couple extra inches.
Im pretty sure it isnt the fuel pump. It did this with the old motor i had in it with the motorcraft 2bbl.
You just eliminated the chance of it being a fuel problem, or it's a great coincidence if two engines did the same thing under the same conditions... I would look at the electrical too... Try a junkyard module before spending a lot on new Ford unit (I had bad luck with jobber modules)
The only good modules are the Motorcraft units. The aftermarket stuff is junk and not worth paying for. A good place to get a Motorcraft module is from a junkyard. Most of them are still good, just have them tested.
Last night i was driving home and it just died. I wiggled the slip on cap on the coil and it started right up. It wasnt making connection on the bottom wire. I will take a better look at it tomorrow.
