Drivers Door Window Controls

Have a bad switch for drivers door window. Does the top part of the armrest that houses the controls just pry off ( held on by clips) or is there more to it to get at the switchs????

Pry from the front and work towards the back.

It should be very easy to get off. Just be firm, i had mine off about a week ago.
