Only good way to fix your problem is get rid of the body lift.
Since that isn't going to happen, take your bumpers off, and make some new brackets. They will not be as strong as your stock ones, b/c they will be longer and haveing to go up like that, but at least you can make the truck look better. IF you can not make the bracket yourself, then get all the demensions, measurements, everything, and give them to someone who can. For material and labor it shouldn't cost much $40 or so max.
The rear bumper is pretty easy to raise, unbolt it, move it up to where you want it, one hole will line up with an existing hole in the frame, and the other you'll have to drill.
The front, not quite so easy, as the bumper wraps around, and bolts directly to the frame horns.
I've seen people cut the bumper to clear the frame, or cut the frame to clear the bumper, and in some cases, cut the end of the frame off and move it up 3"....
