Angry The Damn thing QUIT

So I just got it back form the shop last week ( 06, 6.0 Surge Problem), So Im driving down the road minding my own buisness,I speed up from 45 to 55 and nothing, I pushed on the go pedal and nothing, no smoke, no power nothing, I rolled into a parking lot and the damn thing shut off, It would not retsart for about 10 min. then it ran like crap shaking and vibrating so I shut her down, and call for a tow, 3 hours in 101 degree weather a roll back showed up.
Ford has told me no loan a car? Anyone else been rejected on a loan a car when your under full warrenty? So now its monday and they havent call to tell me whats up with it,
I m not kidding, no warning lights, not hot, nothing was wrong with it, just up and died
Before you ask yes it had half a tank, and the fuel filter is 2 weeks old.
Any thoughts.

Had a F450 not restart and when it did the thing ran like yours. The fuel standpipe was replaced and ran fine.

sorry the part description is fuel supply pipe. I am guessing that the standpipe runs up the side of the engine from the frame.

I'd say you lost some injectors. If it is injectors make sure the tech checks the integrity of the fuel pump.

Weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filters can cause major injector damage especially if your fuel pressure continuously falls below 40 psi.

This happened to me twice in my 2005. Both times it was a single fuel injector and the fuel pump. No loaner? What's up with that?

I just got it back from the dealer, Seems they let it idle for 3 hours and it never missed a beat drove it around the parking lot perfect alday, they called to ask if the tech could drive it home so he could road test it, I said sure! the tech never made it home, he spent 1.5 hours on the side of I-10 waiting on the roll back.LOL
It's the fuel pump, they tell me there is a valve on the pump, one line goes to the engine, and another cycles the fuel back into the tank, this is to keep the fuel warm and not let it freeze ( I live in florida, an option I really didnt need) this in lies the problem seemed the valve was re-cycling more fuel than it was sending to the engine, when the computer sinced a drop in pressure it shuts the truck down.!
they replaced the pump and valve, teched the tank for trash and it seemes fixed (fingers cross)
