That can't be converted.
mm is a measurement of length, kgs are weight.
For other conversions take a look at http://www.worldwidemetric.com/metcal.htm

Kilograms are a measure ofmass, not weight. There is a difference.

You can also do conversions on google.
example:
23 inches to metres then hit <enter>
and it comes up with.
23 inches = 0.5842 meters

Think:

Millimeter = 1000th of a meter
Centimeter - 1/100 th of a meter
Decimeter = 1/10 th of a meter
Meter = 39.37 Inches
Decmeter = 10 meters
Hectometer = 100 meters
Kilometer = 1000 meters

2.54 cm to an inch

25.4 mm to an Inch

39.37 Inches to a Meter

13 mm = approximately 1/2"

3400 mm = 3.4 Meters

3.4 Meters = 133.85 inches

Knowing 144" = 12 ft
Knowing 132" = 11 ft

133.85" Divided by 12 = 11 ft 1.54 "

Also

www.onlineconversion.com

Convert nearly anything to anything (as long as the base units mesh up, i.e. ML/T^2)

I didn't realize that the Google search could do that much- now I'm really glad to have Firefox, instant currency conversion, measures conversion, etc right there on my browser. I just wish it would do newton/meters to ft/lbs. I have only found one conversion chart that will do that.
