i was showing my buddy what rockers where today when i found i had a bent push rod and i was wandering what was the length for factory pushrods on a 1976 351m so i could get her going again

Not to be a smart alec, but who cares how long it is as long as you get the right one? Why not just take one unbent one down to the Zone and compare? They cost about a dollar two 98. (This is assuming that someone has not mixed a bunch of odd-length ones into your engine. The odd lengths are generally special order. If someone did take the time, the would have probably gotten it right. So, I'm betting they are all stock.)
You have another issue that is bending them. Go to Crane or Edelbrock or any good cam tech page and read about how to set lifter pre-load. Or search the myriad of post here that tell you how to do it.
