Intermittent Cruise Control

Had the Ex out on the highway today and the cruise control kept cutting out after a few seconds. Had a hard time staying on. Any one else have this problem and have a fix for this?

had that prob when my ebrake light sensor kept kicking on, when the light would come on thinking the ebrake was on the CC would kick off
