Applying clear over paint
I was watching on TV and they were painting the door jambs and other areas of the trunk and under hood areas. After he applied 4 coats of paint with about 15 minutes tack time between coats he applied the clear. He didnt advised how long he waited to apply the clear or if there was anything he had to do before applying it. Do you just stick to the 15 minutes tack time and spray on just as another coat or do you have to let the paint dry first and then clear it? Is there anything special you have to do before you clear it?
