New Exhaust
I just put the new MBRP exhaust , dual exit! It added some excellent torque and horsepower!! I feel it, right away. I don't however, hear a difference in the noise. Any suggestions as to why ? By the way, what would you guys in the USA pay for this new exhaust? It cost me 1200 here in Ontario.

I traded my 99' in on an 05' King Ranch 4x4 short box with the 6.0 psd and has the high idle set up on upfitter #4 and ebrake on. I just put a magnaflow turbo back s.s.exhaust sytem on it yest with the dual layer 5" s.s. tip and with G.S.T. and P.S.T. for the useless British Columbia Government ( God I Miss Alberta and no sales tax! ) the total cost was $1005.00 Canadian.
They welded the connections and it is a nice neat clean install. It was snowing real hard yesterday got about 5 inches so i never got a real chance to put it though its paces yet, but driving around in 4 wheel drive it seems some turbo lag is definately gone.
The guideline indicator for fuel economy seems to be better as well, but i always do the fuel miles check the old fashioned way with a calculator and fuel used vrs. distance travelled. Was getting pretty consistant 19.5 m.p.g. empty with it with the stock exhaust system.
The Canadian imperial gallon is approximatley 1 us quart bigger than the U.S. gallon, so our mileages might seem higher in Canada to the U.S.A. guys I beleive that the inboard fuel mileage indicator is also calibrated in U.S. Gallons.
