What years will bolt right onto a '99? Does anyone here have a like new one for sale? If not, what can I expect to pay for a good one?

99-04 is direct matching bolt in. Check out ebay.

I just screwed up my front bumper. I found a new take off at a local junk yard, only thing is its a black xl one. I dont know if I like it yet, I do have a black truck so... Id say check out car-part.com
